San Vincenzo is the perfect place for a holiday, whatever
it is that you enjoy! If you are the adventurous
type, feed your need for excitement with trips on water scooters,
quad bikes, sailing boats, or horse riding. Or, even short
acrobatic or sightseeing plane rides.
Those just wanting to relax and chill out there are
4 well-being centers as well as public, or well-equipped
private beaches located all along this wonderful stretch of
seaside.
For the curious, there is the Parco Archeominerario (archeological
mine) complete with miner's village and mine. Or, head to
the Parco Archeological (Archeological Park) that has
sections in Baratti, Populonia, Castagneto Carducci (birthplace
of Joshua Carducci), Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima and Bolgheri.
For food lovers, the Val di Cornia has numerous
wineries, olive oil producers, beekeepers who make honey,
or others who sell home produced mushrooms and jams, and the
vast majority are always happy to arrange a tasting.
